Are you a superstar Administrator who thrives on keeping things organised, people supported, and everything running like clockwork?
Do you love variety in your workday and want to be part of something truly rewarding?
Join us at MacIntyre, a national charity that supports people with learning disabilities and autism, and help make a real difference in young people's lives.
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Administrator to take the lead on the administrative support function for our No Limits services, based at Great Holm.
No Limits delivers tailored education and support programmes for young people with autism and/or learning disabilities. These are young people who may not flourish in a traditional classroom setting. This is where you come in.
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping everything on track. From updating training records, managing recruitment admin, supporting meetings and conferences, to handling the many daily tasks that keep a busy environment running smoothly. No two days will be the same.
You’ll also be responsible for the opening and closing of our Great Holm site. Driving is an essential part of this role, as you may be required to support with offsite meetings and events. A UK manual driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
Why Join Us?
At MacIntyre, we offer more than just a job. We offer a supportive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace. You'll be part of a friendly team that’s passionate about empowering others and making a difference.
If you have the experience, a great attitude, and a commitment to high standards, we’d love to hear from you.
Please note, we are currently unable to offer sponsorships as we await further guidance from the Home Office. Applications requiring sponsorship cannot be considered at this time. We appreciate your understanding.
