Role Description
Full‑time, on‑site role based in Poringland, 5 miles from Norwich. Responsibilities include assisting in the day‑to‑day administrative tasks required in conveyancing transactions, such as preparing documentation, assisting on case files, conducting property searches, liaising with agents, lawyers and clients, and ensuring the efficient progression of cases. You will also help maintain accurate records and provide support to the fee earners.
Requirements
* Proficiency in administrative skills, including document preparation, data entry, and file management.
* Knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures, specifically experience managing property searches and assisting with property transactions.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
* Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency when managing multiple cases simultaneously.
* Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team within a fast‑paced legal environment.
* Basic IT skills are essential.
* Experience in conveyancing is essential.
