Water Hygiene Supervisor
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am- 5pm, with overtime available

Salary:
Due to continued expansion and growth, my client is looking for an experienced Supervisor to support the productivity of their team of Water Hygiene Engineers in the Glasgow region. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an experienced team of Engineers, assisting with recruitment, development and training, whilst being supported by management with your own personal growth and development. What Can you Expect?
* Assisting with recruitment, development and training of new and existing staff, within your team
* Planning and organising work to contract brief, and ensuring productivity targets are met Liaising with clients, support staff and team members to ensure work is carried out to a high standard, within agreed time frames and safety guidelines
* Conduct site risk assessments and inspections Provide technical advice and support to your team and clients
* Assist with reporting, documentation, and maintaining accurate records of work completed.
What do I need?
* Full driving licence Previous experience within Water Hygiene, ideally within a Supervisory / Team leader role
* Good communication skills, effective time management and organisation and planning experience
* Able to work on own initiative, problem solve and prioritise workload
* Experience of ACoP L8 (Legionnaires) and water safety standards
