CQC Registered Care Manager
Location: Manchester
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE)

Affinity Care Recruitment is working with a highly regarded local care provider in Norwich, seeking a CQC Registered Manager to oversee their domiciliary service and ensure the delivery of safe, person-centred care across the community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and support your care and office teams to deliver exceptional standards.
* Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality frameworks.
* Oversee recruitment, training, and staff development to ensure consistent service delivery.
* Manage client relationships and ensure person-centred care planning.
* Drive growth and continuous improvement within the branch.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a domiciliary setting.
* Strong understanding of CQC requirements and KLOEs.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
