Job summary
As Waste Collection Services Manager, you will lead and develop the Council’s waste collection services across the Borough, ensuring safe, efficient and customer-focused delivery for households, businesses, recycling and bulky waste collections. You will play a key role in driving service performance, leading continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with statutory and Council requirements, while managing people, budgets, resources and operational infrastructure to support wider corporate and directorate objectives .

1. This is a permanent, full time post, working 36 hours per week.
2. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 9.00 am to 4.30 pm
