Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as F&B, reception, meeting & events, housekeeping, ideally within the hospitality sector.
* Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure.
* Strong organisational and planning skills and ability to prioritise appropriately.
* Fully flexible with working hours/shifts.
* Can-do attitude.
* Good understanding of the English language.
