Purchase Ledger Clerk
* Annual Salary: £25k - £28k (£12.82-£14.36 Per Hour)
* Location: IP29
* Job Type: Temp to Perm
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
We are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client's team on a temporary basis with the potential to turn into a permanent position. This role is ideal for a versatile individual skilled in purchase ledger and data entry. Familiarity with NetSuite is advantageous but not essential, as training can be provided.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Handling purchase ledger duties efficiently.
* Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy.
* Managing and updating financial records.
* Preparing financial reports and statements as required.
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
* Adapting to various other financial tasks as needed to support the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in finance, particularly in purchase ledger and data entry.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in using financial software; experience with NetSuite is beneficial but not mandatory.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
* Must have a driving license and own transport due to the remote location of the workplace.
