About The Role We are seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator Apprentice to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital content creation while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification. The apprenticeship programme typically lasts 12 months; however, as this is a 20-hour-per-week role, the duration may extend up to 24 months depending on the apprentice’s pace, prior experience, and overall commitment. You will support the planning, creation, and optimisation of content across multiple platforms, helping to strengthen our brand presence and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms Write and edit copy for digital and print communications Support basic video production and editing Assist with photography for marketing purposes Help plan and schedule content using content calendars Apply SEO fundamentals to optimise content performance Support storyboarding and script outlining Ensure content aligns with accessibility and language best practices Organise and manage digital content assets Contribute to multi-platform content delivery (digital, print, broadcast where relevant) What You Will Learn Through this apprenticeship, you will develop practical skills in: Social media content creation and management Copywriting and editing Search engine optimisation (SEO) fundamentals Video and visual content production Content planning and strategy Audience engagement and user experience Brand voice and storytelling techniques You will receive structured off-the-job training (6 hours per week) alongside real workplace experience to build a strong foundation in content creation and digital marketing. What We’re Looking For A genuine interest in digital content, marketing, and media Strong written communication skills Creativity and willingness to learn Basic IT skills and familiarity with social media platforms Good organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team No prior professional experience is required — just enthusiasm, commitment, and a desire to develop.
