Registered Manager - Adult Residential Location: Birmingham Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum Bonus: 21% Annual Bonus Our client is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a team and oversee operations at a 8-bed Mental Health and LD Service in Birmingham. About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking organisation that provides outstanding support for adults with MH and LD. As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the service, ensuring high-quality care, promoting independence, and achieving positive outcomes for the residents. What We're Looking For Experience as a Registered Manager in a service supporting individuals with MH/LD A commitment to supporting individuals to live independent, fulfilling lives Strong leadership experience in managing people, services, and quality within Learning Disabilities A leader who demonstrates positive values and fosters a person-centred approach Ability to promote independence, choice, and respect Hold a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently Good awareness of CQC regulations, updates, and best practices Why Join Us?
