Overview
As a Receptionist you’ll be a face of the hotel, bringing a warm and friendly personality to work every day. You’ll be stepping into a busy role as part of a vibrant team, serving as the ambassador for the hotel as the first person guests meet. You’ll help organise all aspects of the check-in and check-out processes and provide guests with a real 5-star experience.
Responsibilities
* Greet guests warmly and handle check-in and check-out efficiently.
* Coordinate guest requests and assist with local recommendations to ensure a great stay.
* Support the front desk team in delivering high-quality customer service.
* Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area and contribute to a positive guest experience.
