Recruitment Administrator (covering staff sickness)

Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible on how these hours are structured)
MUST HAVE VALID ENHANCED DBS
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and adaptable individual to support a business development team in Consett to cover a staff sickness and holiday. The role is to work 20 hours a week and initially just ongoing on a week by week basis.
This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders including learners, employers, tutors, referral partners, and internal teams.
Duties:
* Managing a high volume of enquiries
* Supporting learner engagement
* Maintaining accurate records and trackers
* Coordinating academy and apprenticeship activity
* General administrative duties
* Work collaboratively across teams to support recruitment and onboarding activity
* Managing email inboxes, and using Microsoft Office
Essential requirements:
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Previous Administration experience
* Hold current DBS
* Driving licence
* Available for immediate start
