Investment Manager Sheffield

CRA Financial are delighted to be working for this leading financial services organisation in Sheffield. Working within the venture funds team, you will work as part of a small team managing an existing portfolio of direct investments for a specific programme, as well as support on wider activities across the investment business as required.
Main Duties
1. Critically appraising new investment proposals including an in-depth analysis of team dynamics, stability, track record, proposed investment strategy, financial terms and structured presented and sources of private capital.
2. Preparing investment papers and feedback, participating in calls and pitch meetings with prospective new fund managers and carrying out due diligence activities as part of investment proposals for new fund investments through internal investment processes.
3. Review legal documentation to ensure consistency with commercial terms whilst liaising with internal team leads and specialist legal advisors.
4. Preparing quarterly reports and analysis of the investment pipeline
5. Ensuring the investment pipeline is accurately captured and recorded in a timely manner.
