This warm and welcoming school is currently seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join their team ASAP. This role is needed due to a current member of the team retiring after 25 years! This setting currently supports 85+ pupils between the ages of 4 and 16 years. This setting offers every learner a tailored and 1:1 education that truly changes their lives. This position is needed on a full time basis. Applicants for this position must be available Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30pm. Full training will be provided and you will have immediate access to free and fully funded qualifications. This school and team is invested in the staff's futures as well as the learners.

All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:
* Relevant SEN experience
* Experience (voluntary or paid) working with children and young adults
* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
* Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
* Supporting in the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons and educational activities
* Supporting learners with SEN on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis
