We have an exciting opportunity to join our Credit Services team as a Credit Services Digital Administrator on a part time basis (21 hours per week), 12 month fixed term contract. As a Credit Services Digital Administrator, you will be responsible for sourcing, processing and invoicing PRH and 3rd party publishers and completing audit and control checks with regards to digital billing. You will also be responsible for maintain customer account templates and answering customer queries. Key Responsibilities: Downloading monthly Digital sales from Customer Portals and extracting key sales data for invoicing. Ad hoc manual invoicing for Event sales and Digital Cash sales Audit checking sales data reconciling invoice values and data to sales order and original sales report. Error investigation and resolution Liaising with 3rd party client publishers for monthly/quarterly sales files. Triaging inbox requests and queries. General support during peak periods Assisting with ad-hoc projects What you'll bring to the role: Comfortable working with high volume data sets Intermediate experience using Excel Highly numerate Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to communicate at all levels across multiple territories. Highly organised, able prioritise own workload within tight deadlines. Billing and SAP experience advantageous About the team: The Digital Team consists of a small team of 3. The Digital Administrator will work alongside the Digital Credit Controller, with oversight from the Team Leader. Although the team consists of only 3 colleagues, their work is impactful and incredibly valuable to the company, therefore good communication between colleagues is crucial.
