What the Job Involves Your role involves delivering one-to-one employability support to individuals, helping them overcome barriers to employment. You will manage a caseload of participants, facilitating recruitment, retention, training, and development. You'll employ a collaborative approach to create strengths-based plans, perform assessments, and make regular reviews. You will also provide guidance to Employment & Skills Case Workers and work closely with community organizations to ensure participant success. Furthermore, you will ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and partake in risk assessments and risk management plans. Additionally, you will work in partnership with the Employment Engagement Team to support participants in sustaining employment.
