Field Care Supervisor
Location: Witney. Salary £27,500 per year, mileage allowance at 32p per mile, and referral bonuses up to £1,000.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for daily support, guidance and information to allocated clients and staff.
* Monitor and check the health and well‑being of clients and staff through face‑to‑face visits, telephone calls and care record review.
* Undertake assessments, re‑assessments and risk management of care needs to ensure person‑centred care plans.
* Safeguard clients against abuse and ensure staff receive appropriate training and support.
* Conduct regular supervision and review sessions with team members to assess competency and promote personal development.
* Take on call duties and work weekends as required.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 12 months of right to work in the UK.
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
* Demonstrable experience in the social care sector at a supervisory level.
* Well‑organised, self‑motivated and able to work 40 hours per week including weekends.
