The Point of Care Testing Team is recruiting for the Training Compliance Officer role in the Service. This unique administrative role would suit a dynamic, forward‑thinking individual with audit, statistics, and training delivery experience.
Responsibilities
* Monitoring POC device training & compliance by analysing and creating trust‑wide data reports for departments, divisions, and staff.
* Co‑ordinating and implementing migration of POC competency recordings and POC device e‑learning packages to relevant trust systems (e.g., DOT).
* Creating, producing, and refreshing e‑learning content specific to current POC devices for multidisciplinary staff and clinical areas.
Qualifications
We seek a dynamic, forward‑thinking individual with relevant experience as an Associate Practitioner (or similar) and a passion for audit, statistics, and training delivery. The candidate should be confident in creating suitable training materials. Experience with e‑learning systems is useful; training on the trust‑approved systems used to create and edit packages will be provided.
