You will be leading and scaling their sales operation, driving performance across SME and Enterprise markets, and building a sales engine that’s set to make a huge impact in the industry.

What you’ll be doing
* Leading and developing a team of 15+ (and growing) across multiple UK offices.
* Driving ambitious sales growth targets across SME and Enterprise.
* Embedding a high-performance, KPI-driven culture with compliance at its core.
* Owning lead generation strategy: inbound, outbound, referrals and partnerships.
* Working closely with marketing on digital journeys, campaigns, and online quote & buy solutions.
* Staying hands-on: supporting the team with technical sales, process improvements, pricing, and training.
What you’ll bring
* A proven track record of leading high-performing insurance sales teams.
* Strong knowledge across commercial motor and non-motor insurance.
* Experience selling into both SME and Enterprise clients.
