Production Operatives - Peterborough, UK
Job Type: Long term temporary role with permanent opportunity
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Must be available to work up to 48 hours per week in busy periods)
Shifts Available:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM - Hourly Rate: £12.21
3:00 PM - 11:30 PM - Hourly Rate £13.46

Job Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
* Ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
* Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications.
* Assist in the assembly and packaging of products.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
* Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
* Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items as required.
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
