Bout the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage our eBay and Amazon marketplaces. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our online customers receive excellent service, while also maintaining accurate product listings and competitive pricing across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, messages, and feedback on eBay and Amazon.
* Listing Management: Create, update, and optimise product listings, ensuring titles, descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and engaging.
* Order Management: Monitor and process marketplace orders, ensuring timely dispatch and resolution of any order issues.
* Price Monitoring: Regularly review competitor pricing and adjust our listings to maintain a competitive advantage.
* Problem Resolution: Handle returns, refunds, and complaints with professionalism and a customer-first approach.
* Performance Monitoring: Track account health, seller ratings, and feedback scores to ensure compliance with eBay and Amazon policies.
* Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, customer issues, and opportunities for improvement.
