Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality personal care and support to patients/residents
* Assist with daily living activities including washing, dressing, feeding, and toileting
* Support nursing staff with clinical observations (if trained)
* Maintain patient dignity, confidentiality, and respect at all times
* Record and report changes in patients’ conditions to senior staff
* Follow care plans and contribute to a safe and supportive environment
