Salary: £30,555.20 per annum + £1000 welcome bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week
Qualification: Level 3 Childcare Qualification is essential

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and enthusiastic Room Leader to join our friendly team. If you have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and are ready to work full-time (40 hours per week) with flexible shifts between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday, we want to hear from you!

The Role
As a Room Leader, your responsibilities will include:
* Creating engaging, age-appropriate learning environments and experiences
* Supporting children’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development
* Helping staff maintain high-quality learning journals via EyLog
* Leading by example with fairness and consistency
* Strengthening the key person approach and identifying staff training needs
* Keeping accurate records using EyMan and other systems
* Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and visitors
* Complying with EYFS statutory requirements
About You
You are compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference every day.
Essential:
* Level 3 childcare qualification
* Confident written and spoken English
Desirable:
* Experience in an Early Years setting
* Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices
