We are looking for a driven and experienced Hair Salon Manager to lead our beautiful and busy Richmond salon. You will take full responsibility for team performance, client experience, and daily operations, with the support of a well-established brand behind you.
Who you are
* Proven experience working within a hair salon environment
* Currently a Hair Salon Manager, Hair Stylist Manager, or Senior Stylist ready to step up
* Strong leadership, people management & customer service skills
* Confident in driving sales, KPIs & hitting targets
* Passion for the hair & beauty industry
