Denza is the new brand from BYD, the world's largest manufacturer of electrified cars, headquartered in Shenzhen, China. It is launching in the UK this year with its premium brand Denza. One of the first models is the Z9 GT shooting brake, featuring unique technical specifications.
We are seeking a passionate and hands-on After-Sales Manager for the UK to support Denza’s market entry and long-term positioning. You will lead the establishment of Denza’s After Sales operations in the UK, acting as a key project manager and liaison between Denza and BYD’s existing after-sales and network development teams.
Your responsibilities include building a robust service partner network, ensuring full-service readiness at launch, and overseeing key aftersales projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the customer experience of a premium EV brand from the ground up, leveraging BYD’s infrastructure and expertise.
You will report directly to the UK head of after-sales. The working location is Uxbridge, London.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
* Establish and manage Denza’s After Sales operations in the UK in collaboration with the network team.
* Act as the primary liaison between Denza and BYD's After Sales teams.
* Develop and manage a high-quality service partner network.
* Ensure full service readiness for market launch and beyond.
* Drive and manage cross-functional aftersales projects.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Familiarity with UK automotive service standards and dealer/service network structures.
* Hands-on mentality with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
* Fluency in English (spoken and written).
* Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally (approx. 50%).
* Valid UK driver’s license.
* Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably around 10 years.
* Right to work in the UK.
We offer:
* Performance and experience-based competitive remuneration.
* Scottish Widow workplace pension.
* 25 days paid holidays plus public holidays.
* On-site free parking.
* Team-building events across departments and the company.
* An exciting opportunity to lead the European transition to zero emissions transportation and decarbonization.
We are looking for a candidate with strong automotive After Sales experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to build bridges between global and local teams in a fast-moving environment.
