Content & Social Marketing Lead – House of Willow Alexander

About the Role
House of Willow Alexander is a multi-brand institution reshaping how people care for home and garden — through carbon-neutral services, conscious products, and curated design.
We’re looking for a Content & Social Marketing Lead to take ownership of content strategy and execution across our full brand ecosystem. This includes our main brand (House of Willow Alexander), our garden design studio (Willow Alexander Gardens), and all our premium service verticals — garden maintenance, cleaning, window cleaning, and handyman services.
You’ll lead social strategy, content creation, email marketing, and campaign ideation across B2C and B2B audiences. With support from a content creator and collaboration across the marketing, loyalty, and performance teams, you’ll help tell the story of the House — beautifully and impactfully.
Key Responsibilities
• • Own the social strategy and execution across Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn for the entire HoWA portfolio
• • Develop visual and written content that drives engagement, leads, and brand affinity
• • Manage and brief content creators to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across services and platforms
• • Plan and execute seasonal content and email campaigns aligned with commercial priorities
• • Write and manage automated and campaign-based email flows across B2C and B2B segments
• • Work cross-functionally with the Loyalty, Performance, and Marketing Managers to align messaging with goals
* Make content daily for all channels alongside a small content team
• • Lead content calendar planning, approvals, and scheduling across all platforms
• • Report on content performance and optimise based on results and feedback
About You
• • 4+ years' experience in content, social media, or growth marketing roles
• • Strong copywriting and brand storytelling ability — knows how to write with warmth, wit, and clarity
• • Experience building multi-platform content calendars and managing contributors
• • Proficient with Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Klaviyo or similar
• • Able to interpret data and audience insights to inform content strategy
• • Comfortable working across both luxury lifestyle and practical service verticals
• • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and collaborative with a commercial mindset
Bonus If You Have
• • Experience in a premium service, lifestyle, or design-led brand
• • Photo/video editing skills or experience producing content shoots
• • Familiarity with field marketing or regional activation strategies
• • Understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
