Role Overview
As Senior Channel Partnerships Manager, Business Services, you will drive revenue growth through strategic development and management of our partner ecosystem. You will shape and execute channel strategies, identify partnership opportunities, and scale partner-sourced pipeline & bookings in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This is an independent contributor role.
What This Job Offers
* Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
* Conduct market research to identify new potential partners across industries, following remote work trends.
* Evaluate and prioritize partnership opportunities with KPIs to measure success.
* Launch and optimize co-marketing initiatives (webinars, events, content sharing).
* Manage all aspects of partnership go-to-market strategies, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Legal, and others.
* Build strong relationships with partners and sales teams to drive partner-sourced revenue.
* Secure innovative integrations, distribution models, and co-marketing initiatives to drive revenue and mutual success.
Qualifications
* Experience in SaaS channels, alliances, partnerships; sales or business development in HR, fintech, or tech industries is a plus.
* Proven success in leading partner GTM strategies and achieving revenue targets.
* Strong leadership, curiosity, analytical skills, and partnership abilities.
* Ability to negotiate contracts and generate pipeline and revenue through partnerships.
* Experience in co-marketing initiatives.
* Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; effective cross-organizational collaboration.
* Experience in B2B SaaS marketing; familiarity with CRM, PRM, and marketing automation tools like Hubspot.
* Passion for remote work and a global outlook.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the EMEA business services channel strategy to drive new customer acquisition and revenue.
* Source, onboard, and scale high-performing partners in industries like HR tech and fintech.
* Design and optimize go-to-market strategies with partners, ensuring alignment across teams.
* Own partner performance, pipelines, bookings, and relationships for scalable growth.
* Lead co-marketing and demand generation initiatives with the partner marketing team.
* Collaborate with broader channels & alliances teams for unified messaging and partner enablement.
* Innovate on partner-led distribution models and product integrations to increase market share.

Compensation & Benefits
Our total rewards philosophy ensures fair, unbiased compensation and benefits. The expected OTE for this role is between $50,900 and $114,450 USD, based on role, location, skills, and experience. Base pay depends on various factors and may change. We support internal mobility and pay equity.
