Job Overview
The PV Site Management Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a solar power plant. This includes supervising contractors, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of PV systems, civil works, and electrical installations. The Solar Power Plant Supervisor will liaise with project stakeholders, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance to environmental and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily construction activities, schedules, and resource allocation.
* Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and ensure compliance with project designs, specifications, and regulations.
* Enforce safety standards, conduct regular meetings, and manage environmental compliance.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Project & Site Management: Planning, scheduling, progress tracking, procurement, logistics, and contract management.
* Technical Expertise: Civil, electrical, and mechanical aspects of PV power plants, including HV/MV infrastructure, grid interconnection, and compliance with electrical/building codes.
* Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensuring HSE standards, environmental regulations, and permitting requirements.
