Job Overview: We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join their busy and growing team in Dundee. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, confident individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. This role will initially be offered on a temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent after a successful probation period. Key Responsibilities Handling inbound customer enquiries and speaking with clients over the phone Processing and inputting orders using internal systems (e.g. Sage) Supporting sales activity and general customer service Creating and managing social media content (e.g. Instagram posts) General administration duties to support the wider team Maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth day to day operations Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in a sales, admin or customer service role Confident communicator with strong telephone manner Experience with social media platforms (particularly Instagram) Strong IT skills, ideally with experience using systems such as Sage Highly organised with the ability to multitask A proactive and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
