You'll be reporting directly to the CEO and playing a key part in shaping the agency’s next chapter.
Responsibilities
* Lead projects and inspire teams, ensuring top-tier client communication and efficient delivery.
* Drive strategy across two of their biggest client accounts; both household names in FMCG.
* Facilitate workshops and mentor junior staff, continuously improving formats and outcomes.
* Build trusted client relationships, driving account growth and unlocking new opportunities.
* Collaborate with creatives to define strategic direction and maximize project impact.
* Champion new business, leading pitches and expanding into new sectors.
* Support agency growth and culture, while crafting your own long-term career plan.
You’ll be stepping into a well-defined position with clear scope and strong foundations, but there’s huge room to make it your own. Whether it’s unlocking new thinking for clients, streamlining operations, or freeing up the partners to focus on growth - you’ll be central to it all.
