SEN Teaching Assistant (WN4)
We are recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in WN4, working with students who have additional needs. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for supporting young people and helping them overcome barriers to learning.
The role:
* Working 1:1 or with small groups of SEN pupils
* Supporting behaviour, social, and emotional needs
* Assisting teachers in delivering personalised learning strategies
* Encouraging students to achieve their personal goals
Requirements:
* Experience supporting SEN pupils (school, residential, or care setting)
* Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude
* Ability to adapt to different needs and learning styles

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
