Home Manager – Up to £75,000 per annum
A permanent Nursing Home Manager post is available in a reputable nursing home in Swaffham that specialises in providing care to the elderly. The role is a permanent position with a salary up to £75,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications, and the job reference is JO19614.
Responsibilities
* Promote clinical and administrative arrangements, training and care planning within the home.
* Organise and motivate the carers to ensure high standards of care are delivered.
* Maintain and monitor the health and welfare of residents.
* Liaise with other healthcare professionals, including clients, GPs and other multi‑disciplinary team members.
* Ensure CQC National Minimum Standards regulations are met, safeguarding the needs, welfare and social inclusion of residents.
* Organise and attend regular staff meetings.
* Ensure the overall smooth, efficient and effective running of the care home at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous experience as a Home Manager.
* Hold RMA / NVQ5 or equivalent.
* Valid NMC PIN – RGN, RMN desirable but not essential.
* Experience in budgeting and recruitment.
* Passion for elderly care.
