Kent (South East coverage)
£40,000 – £50,000 + Overtime + Call Out + Van + Career Progression OTE £60,000+++++

We’re working with a fast-expanding engineering company who pride themselves on delivering an exceptional service to clients across the South East. As part of their continued growth, they’re looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer to support installations, commissioning, maintenance and fault-finding on boilers, chillers and associated plant.
This is a hands-on, varied role offering the chance to work with cutting-edge equipment within a supportive, high-performance team environment.
The Role
Install, commission and maintain commercial boilers, air-cooled chillers and associated systems
Carry out fault-finding and diagnostics on chilled water systems, AHUs and forced draft burners
Support pipework modifications and system upgrades within plant rooms
Lead or mentor other engineers on site where required
Attend call-outs as part of a rota, ensuring swift, safe resolution of issues
Ensure all work complies with health, safety and environmental standards
About You
Strong background in commercial mechanical, pipework and boiler systems
Experience with chilled water systems, air-cooled chillers and control wiring
Ideally holds Commercial Gas Safe and F-Gas certification
Familiar with BMS (Building Management Systems)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
What’s on Offer
Salary up to £50,000 DOE
Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm plus overtime and call-out
