About the role
Bershka is bold, fast and product driven. As Operations Manager, you will lead the operational engine of the store – ensuring deliveries, stock control, payroll, schedules and productivity run smoothly and efficiently.
This is a hands‑on leadership role in a high‑volume environment. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive performance, control costs and build a strong, engaged operations team.
You must be comfortable making decisions, analysing performance and leading under pressure.
What you'll be doing
* Leading deliveries, replenishment and stock control processes
* Managing rotas, payroll and hours budgets
* Monitoring productivity and operational KPIs
* Supporting employee relations processes in line with company policy
* Developing and coaching the operations team
* Maintaining high standards in health, safety and sustainability
* Supporting excellent customer service through operational efficiency
This role requires flexibility, resilience and strong organisation in a fast-moving retail environment.
