Job Purpose
As a Design Engineer you will join Well & Flow Control department to be responsible for execution of engineering projects within Hydraulics Systems Team.
Job Description
As a Hydrualic Systems Design Engineer you will be responsible for:
1. Hydraulic Tubing design per project specific design specifications and engineering standards as well as following relevant processes
2. Responsible for hydraulics documentation required for procurement and fabrication
3. Routing of Hydraulic Tubing 3D models in NX
4. Creating Hydraulic Assembly Layouts (hydraulic schematics)
5. Preparing Bill of Materials including tube fittings selection
6. Review engineering packages
7. Perform Product Design Reviews
8. Maintenance of assigned project budget and schedule
9. Cooperation and support for Product Designers
10. Provide design input in technical meetings
You are meant for this job if:
11. BSc/MSc in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulics/Pneumatics Engineering or similar)
12. Experience in Product Design & Development
13. Good communication skills (fluent English required)
14. capable of solving technical issues
15. Experience in CAD software (NX preferred)
16. Basic or experienced in using hydraulic schematics, symbols, hydraulic systems
17. Knowledge and experience in reading and understanding 2D technical drawings and documentation
18. Experience in PLM Software (Teamcenter preferred) is an asset
19. Knowledge of manufacturing processes
