Apprentice Financial Planning Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Financial Planning Assistant to support a Financial Planner and gain hands-on experience in a regulated, professional environment.

The Role
You’ll play a key role in keeping client work organised, accurate and compliant, while developing your knowledge of financial planning.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Confident communication (written and verbal)
• Interest in financial services and willingness to learn
• Comfortable using systems and Microsoft Office
• Proactive, reliable and team-focused approach

Day-to-day, you will:

• Support with case management and workflow tracking
• Prepare and check client files for accuracy and compliance
• Update systems and ensure records are complete
• Help capture and maintain key client information
• Assist with quality checking and reducing administrative errors
