Our client is a main car dealership seeking to recruit an exceptional and experienced Showroom Manager for their busy and thriving site.
Showroom Manager Role
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will coordinate the daily activities of the Sales Executives, providing support, coaching, and assistance to maximize sales volume and profitability. You will be primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPI’s, and must be experienced with all aspects of F&I functions to maximize sales profitability.
You will oversee the enquiry management process, promote the professional image of the dealership, and ensure customer satisfaction standards are maintained. Maintaining accurate records for vehicle sales and finance transactions is essential to facilitate regular performance reviews against targets. You will also be involved in vehicle part-exchange appraisals, valuations, controlling, and sales deals.
About You
* Experience working as a Sales Controller, Business Manager, or Transaction Manager is ideal.
* Good working knowledge of Kerridge or an alternative DMS; training will be provided to build on your existing knowledge and ensure compliance with FSA regulations.
* Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
* Positive, customer-focused attitude and approach to work.
* Proven experience in selling, finance, invoicing, managing accounts, staff management, and administrative duties.
* Valid driving license.
