Job Description Hiring: Senior Manager Salary: £40,000 (dependent on experience) Location: Lancaster/Hybrid working available An expanding accountancy practice is looking to recruit an Audit Manager to lead audit engagements and manage client relationships within a growing audit department. The Role This role is ideal for an experienced audit professional ready to take ownership of a client portfolio and play a key role in managing and developing the audit team. Key responsibilities include: Managing and delivering audit assignments from planning through to completion Reviewing audit files and reporting directly to the Responsible Individual (RI) Leading audit fieldwork on client sites and remotely Managing and developing a portfolio of audit clients Building strong, long-term client relationships Coaching, training, and mentoring junior and senior audit staff Ensuring compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP standards About You ACA / ACCA / CA qualified (or equivalent) Strong background in audit within a small or medium-sized accountancy practice Proven experience managing audits and client relationships Excellent technical knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP Experience across a variety of industries Full UK driving licence required Benefits Hybrid working and flexible arrangements Parking available nearby Continuous CPD and training throughout the year One professional body subscription paid annually Health insurance KPI and bonus scheme available after 6 months If you are interested in this role please send your CV to the team at info@h-fts.com to discuss further.
