Labourer/Vehicle Marshal Required*
Location: Inverness
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Approximately 18 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 41 hours per week
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Labourer / Vehicle Marshal for an immediate start on a long-term construction project in Inverness. This is a predominantly site labouring role with occasional traffic marshal duties as required to support site operations and ensure safe vehicle and pedestrian movement.
Key Responsibilities
General site labouring duties including site setup, material movement, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Assisting trades and site management as required
Supporting deliveries and managing vehicle movements on site when required
Carrying out traffic marshal / banksman duties in line with site safety procedures
Adhering to all health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
Valid CSCS card (essential)
Valid Banksman, Traffic Marshal, or Plant & Vehicle Marshal qualification (essential)
Previous experience in a construction site environment
Good awareness of health and safety practices
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
