Senior Surveyor / Contract Procurement (Building Services and Maintenance)
Pay rate is negotiable (£30 to £45.00 per hour). Location: Cambridgeshire (Hybrid role).
We are looking for a Surveyor with Local Authority procurement experience and MTC contract skills who can work at a Senior level with stakeholders.
Key Experience and Qualifications
* At least 5 years Post Qualification experience in construction procurement.
* Experience working with framework providers.
* RICS or CIOB qualification.
* Experience in specification writing and analysis of tenders.
* Financial awareness.
Length of contract: 4/5 months.
