Operations Manager
London (Hybrid, with UK travel)
Reports to: Head of Operations
Region: 8–12 sites
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead a region of 8–12 sites, delivering strong commercial performance, operational excellence, and an exceptional guest experience.
Alongside London locations, you’ll also oversee regional sites in Bristol, Leeds, and Manchester, requiring a confident, hands-on approach to multi-site leadership across different markets.
What You’ll Do
* Lead, coach, and develop Area and Store Managers
* Drive a culture of high performance and guest-first hospitality
* Own regional P&L (sales, labour, COGS, margins)
* Use data and feedback to improve performance and guest experience
* Ensure consistent brand standards across all sites
* Maintain compliance with food safety and health & safety
* Support new openings and operational improvements

* Multi-site leadership experience in hospitality or food retail
* Strong commercial and P&L management skills
* Experience managing sites across multiple cities

Salary of up to £52,500 per annum + bonus
