The Opportunity As a Service Coordinator, you will be at the centre of the service operation, ensuring engineers are effectively scheduled, customer requests are handled efficiently, and service activity runs smoothly. You will play a key role in maintaining communication between customers, engineers, and internal departments, ensuring a high level of service delivery and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Scheduling and coordinating field service engineers Managing incoming service requests and breakdown calls Prioritising workloads to ensure customer downtime is minimised Liaising with customers to provide updates on engineer attendance and job progress Raising and processing job cards, service reports, and internal documentation Supporting engineers with parts and job requirements Maintaining accurate records on internal systems Assisting with invoicing, service administration, and job completion paperwork Communicating effectively with internal departments including parts and sales Ensuring all service activities are recorded accurately and efficientlyAbout You Previous experience in a coordination, scheduling, service administration, or similar role is desirable Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner Computer literate and comfortable working with systems and databases Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work Team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach Eager to learn and develop within a structured environmentWhat’s on Offer £28,000 basic salary Full training and ongoing development Opportunity to build a long-term career within a national organisation Supportive and structured working environment Clear progression opportunities within service operations and wider business functionsIf you are interested, please submit your CV to this advert or call Jack on (phone number removed)
