We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to support senior stakeholders, guide commercial decisions, and be involved in projects that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities of this Finance Business Partner role:
* Produce accurate monthly P&Ls, providing insight on key drivers, variances, risks and opportunities
* Lead on balance sheet reconciliations and follow up actions
* Coordinate and consolidate global monthly financial results, ensuring reporting is timely and accurate
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with senior stakeholders
* Provide finance representation on projects, ensuring strong financial management
* Drive process improvements in finance systems, procedures and reporting
* Train and develop both finance and non-finance colleagues to increase commercial and financial awareness
* Manage and develop a small team
About You:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Strong track record in producing management and financial accounts
* Experience of supporting or leading small teams
* Highly IT literate with strong Excel skills and experience of using accounting systems (Sage desirable)
* Commercially astute, with strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and partnering with senior stakeholders

* Salary £45,000 - £54,000 depending on experience
