Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience and administrative skills, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This role requires proficiency in various computer applications and a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism in all interactions.
Duties
* Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
* Handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document preparation, presentations, and communication
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and financial record maintenance
* Support clerical functions such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents
* Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency
Requirements
* Previous office or administrative experience is essential
* Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Typing skills with a high level of accuracy for data entry tasks
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
* Demonstrated clerical experience with attention to detail in all aspects of work
* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
