Children & Family Social Worker Needed in Gloucester!
Location: Stroud (Children & Families Team)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Contract: 37 hours/week
Rate: Up to £42 per hour (umbrella)
Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join our dedicated Children & Families Team in Stroud! You will manage a caseload of children, providing effective, evidence-based interventions, focusing on timeliness and positive impact.
Caseload includes:
* CIN, CP & CIC cases, with some court work involved (around 18 cases).
We value flexibility! Some home working is possible where role permits, alongside flexible hours to support work-life balance.
You will be provided with a laptop and smartphone to support your work.
Expected to work in the office 3 days per week; face-to-face visits are required unless COVID-19 positive.
