We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Curriculum coordinator to oversee the development and implementation of the educational programmes within Keane Futures in line with our interest based learning
. The ideal candidate will possess strong presentation and communication skills, with a passion for teaching and enhancing learning experiences. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our curriculum meets the highest standards and effectively engages learners with a variety of programmes engaging different learning styles of our young people
Duties
* Develop, review, and update curriculum materials to ensure alignment with educational standards and learner needs.
* Collaborate with educators to design engaging instructional strategies that promote effective learning.
* Conduct training sessions for staff on curriculum implementation and best practices.
* Utilise Adobe Captivate to create interactive e-learning modules and resources.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum delivery through feedback and assessment data.
* Facilitate workshops and presentations to share innovative teaching methods and curriculum updates.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational trends, technologies, and methodologies.
Experience
* Proven experience in curriculum development or educational programme management. With knowledge of AQA. NCFE Asdan, Arts Awards boards
* Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
* Background in teaching or educational facilitation is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in Adobe Captivate or similar e-learning authoring tools is an advantage.

Pay: £27.00-£40.00 per hour
