We're looking for a Facilities & Support Services Co-ordinator to work as part of the wider team looking after day-to-day operations at Morden Hall Park and its sister properties. You'll play an important role in keeping everyone safe when they visit us and make sure they get the most out of their day. Working pattern is full time 08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday. Weekend working is needed on a rotation pattern with the rest of the property staff. The advertised salary is inclusive of an Outer London weighting allowance of £3315 per annum. What you'll be doing You'll provide an efficient, effective, and flexible business support and facilities management service primarily at Morden Hall Park, but will also support at Sutton House, 575 Wandsworth Road and Rainham Hall. In this role you will be working within the National Trust procedures and conservation guidelines as well as supporting the team of staff and volunteers to meet its objectives by ensuring high standards in business support, compliance, customer service, general operations and facilities maintenance. Day-to-day responsibilities include organising building maintenance and repairs; purchasing; supervising contractors on site; general and asset administration; overseeing health and safety arrangements; completing compliance tasks; and internal comms. In addition to this you'll form part of a Duty Manager team, where you will lead the property on designated days.
