Unqualified Teaching Assistant - EYFS & KS1Aspire People are looking for a compassionate and motivated Unqualified Teaching Assistant to support a primary school in EYFS and KS1. This role is perfect for someone with experience working with children, such as in youth work, childcare, or classroom volunteering, even if you do not yet hold a formal qualification.The Role: Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons and learning activities Assisting children in group work and occasional 1:1 support Helping with phonics, early literacy, and numeracy activities Supporting children's social, emotional, and behavioural development Supervising playtimes and helping with routines Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment**The Ideal Candidate:*** Experience working with children in schools, childcare, youth work, or similar settings Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting pupils Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine interest in supporting child development and learning Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of teachersWhy Work with Aspire People: Opportunities for long-term or flexible placements Dedicated consultant support Access to training and CPD Chance to gain classroom experience and progress towards Level 2 or 3 qualificationsThis is a rewarding role for anyone passionate about helping children thrive in their early education.Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
