* Undertake advanced assessment, diagnosis, and management, including initiating treatment plans and referrals.
* Act as an independent prescriber, managing pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments within scope of practice.
* Support Consultant Surgeons in theatre, including first assisting, delegated consent, patient positioning, suturing, and robotic bedside assistance where trained.
* Independently run specialist outpatient clinics, including cancer and rapid-access pathways, with appropriate support.

Essential

* Current UK professional registration (NMC / HCPC)
* MSc in Surgical Care Practice (or equivalent advanced practice qualification)
* Independent Prescriber (annotated on professional register)
* Significant experience as a Surgical Care Practitioner or Advanced Practitioner

* Evidence of ongoing CPD, audit, and service development

Desirable

* Teaching and assessing qualification
* Robotic surgery experience
* Leadership or management qualification
