Talent Finder is an innovative online recruitment solutions provider operating across the UK and Ireland. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join our team and deliver exceptional candidate attraction and end-to-end recruitment support for our engineering clients.
This is a delivery-focused recruitment role. You will not be responsible for generating new business—your focus will be entirely on sourcing engineering talent, managing vacancies, and providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Are you the right person for the job?
You are if you have:
* Previous recruitment experience (agency or in-house), ideally covering technical or engineering roles
* Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (highly beneficial)
* A professional and confident telephone manner
* A driven, energetic and focused approach
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Competent use of MS Office
What will your role involve?
* Managing the full recruitment process for engineering roles
* Taking detailed vacancy briefs and understanding client needs
* Actively sourcing, headhunting and attracting candidates
* Screening, assessing and shortlisting suitable applicants
* Using effective questioning to understand candidate experience
* Maintaining talent pipelines for current and future engineering vacancies
* Ensuring a smooth, professional candidate experience from start to finish
