Deliver engaging internal communications through newsletters, team briefs, noticeboards, and social media. Organise and manage site events such as long-service awards, Christmas activities, and celebration days. Lead charity and social activities, promoting our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agenda. Maintain and enhance communication channels, ensuring timely and relevant updates.
